Vision
Our trades people come from all walks of Life and many nationalities, bringing their own unique skills and traditional methods.
Our aim is to find the most efficient way to complete projects with the best techniques used throughout the globe. We feel that traditional methods with the right modern equipment can benefit everyone. We all can learn from each other and with the experience of our workforce we intend to provide apprenticeships to local communities in which our projects are situated.
Health & Safety
Health & Safety is number one for our business. We aim to eliminate all risks that can harm anyone within our area of work and beyond. We take health and safety very seriously and base our health & safety procedures very similar to that which you would find in the Australian Mining/ Infrastructure Industries. We incorporate daily pre-start meetings, task analysis, work permits, safety data sheets (etc.) into our daily routines, ensuring everyone is clear what our objectives are for the day and what risks are associated.
Regular alcohol screening will take place prior to sign on and random drug testing will be carried out once a month. These measures have been taken to assure everyone in our workforce are fit for work and will not jeopardise their fellow team mates.
